Casa Tegola is located walking distance from the Ionean sea on the East coast of Sicily close to Acireale. The area covers many attractions such as Mount Etna, the Cyclops Riviera, towns of Taormina and Catania.

Casa Tegola enjoys a seafront location and develops over two levels.

Ground floor: as you enter the villa there is a living area with a sitting room open onto the dining room with a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob with four electric burners and an electric oven, microwave, toaster and a highchair. The living room has sofas with TV set and a coffee table. The dining room provides enough sitting for 6 with table and chairs. These rooms are all linked together by an archway. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet on this level.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

The entire villa is air conditioned (2 units) and offers parking place.

The outdoor space is composed of a laundry room (washing machine) a small garden with a whirlpool tub/jacuzzi (2.5 m x 2 m and 0.80m deep; heated to 26 degrees Celsius) with external shower and a terrace with BBQ area and dining facilities. There are also sun loungers. The garden is facing the sea and there is a private access to the rocks and sea via the gate.

Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, 4 electric burners and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, highchair, TV, iron and board, hairdryer, BBQ, external shower, sun loungers, bathroom towels changed twice per week (Wednesday and Saturday).
