Great Value and Comfortable Stay Sofitel Abu Dhabi offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer beautiful views. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommended for a relaxed and well-priced stay in the city.

The property was quite outdated. Overall I was expecting more from Sofitel, with it being 5 stars. The room needs a refurb. There was make up stains on my bathroom wall divider, the carpet was wet near my bedside. One socket was broken and the bidet and toilet roll holder was loose (ready to fall off). Very disappointed there wasn’t a coffee machine as this is basic in the Middle East. The lighting was very dim throughout the room and bathroom. The valet team were quite poor and on one occasion they handed me the keys to drive out from the parking lot!

Fantastic location and wonderful amenities.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this wonderful accommodation. It is situated in a good location. The amenities are top notch and all staff were excellent. Our minor recommendations would be to add lighting on the inside of the wardrobes and shelving area and brighter lighting in the hallway outside of the bathroom.

Lovely stay, staff were friendly. Only negative is that the room felt a little dated. Slightly stained bath, some tears in the curtains and just felt as though the room could do with a refresh. Still a lovely hotel and would stay again.
