"I liked the fact it was close to a beach i like the fact they had massage at resort to and manager was really nice as well. I disliked that bugs would come in my room sometimes, disliked the location cause road is in terrible shape definitely needs fixing, disliked that ac and fan would never be on consistently and i knkw black outs are common in pslawan so im not blaming resort for that thsts beyond their control, dislike fact staffs english was limited and so was menu of food to at times...

"Out of 5 hotels we stayed on our trip to the Philippines, I have to say this was the best hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice, with door bells, thick walls. The breakfast was fresh and filling. I wanted to book a reservation for a restaurant a local recommend, but said we needed reservations and the front desk did that for us. "We had a couple of minor issues here, no wakeup call, which we'd booked for an early start tour and a lack of communication from hotel about the tour cancellation. They should have advised tour cancelled when we came down to breakfast and at a minimum, put a notice advising guests in reception, lifts, under guests door etc. Pool area was nice and drinks at happy hour are great value, 2 cocktails for about 200php. Beds are very comfy, but as noted by other guests, room smelt damp and mouldy....
