Off the main road for a quiet stay. Comfortable spacious 2 bed room. We much appreciated the included breakfast and the airport transfer! Staff was very attentive,we went out for dinner they were kind to be waiting for us on our return.

The staff was very welcoming and the property was very clean. The hotel is located near a Robinson’s Mall, which was great because we were able to take a tricycle to get some dinner.

So high aircon , food was not good, that hotel price for one night was so high for that all service not good. Breakfast was not good, you must order small list food, what was not enought, if you want order example extra eggs. You must pay extra. Restaurant that food was not enought they list, ”sorry no have”. Yacuzzi look so dirty and we wouldnt want go that kind water to relax. People are so nice and nothing bad to say them. I quess owner was creed and not was so cleaver to thinkig forward to clients was happy. I been Manu same kind price hotel all in the world and this is nightmare.

Wonderful quiet hotel, great customer service. The ambience of the hotel is very zen and peaceful. Recommend having the Bali massage, probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Thank you again Bali princesa I will be back :))

Balai is stunning and clean, I stayed here as a way to unwind after a 2 week trip and it was absolutely the right decision. Balai gives a chance to unwind alone and everything is preplanned once you ask, for instance, the sauna and spa is booked an hour at a time so no one needs to share. The amenities offered in the rooms are excellent. The facilities are clean and nothing suggested is too much. The food options were good too. Highly recommend for a retreat type feel.

The place is good, cozy and they have good food in the restaurant. Staff is professional, they are helpful. What we don’t like; the shower is so weak, no hot water and we even have to ask the front desk for toilet paper, there’s no shampoo and bath soap either.

Overall a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended!

My wife and I spent 2 nights here and had a very pleasant experience! The hotel is comfortable, the bed was nice, the A/C was consistent, and the hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. We also took advantage of their spa services and got a couples massage, which was one of the best massages I’ve had in a while. We also had a fun time hanging out in the jacuzzi. The restaurant (Lilim Cafe) had some of the best food we had during our stay in the Philippines, to my pleasant surprise! Would highly recommend. The only (minor) issue we encountered was the slow/unreliable wi-fi in our room (might not be an issue for all rooms, but was for ours). We had to go out into the lobby or the restaurant whenever we wanted consistent and adequately fast internet connections. Despite this, we would book again!

Balai Princesa was a quiet, intimate, comfortable stay. We were a group of three and stayed for a night before traveling to El Nido. Staff and service were excellent. Upon arrival to Puerto Princesa (literally landing at PPS), I had contacted them via email at the last minute to set-up an airport transfer and they were quick to respond. Kudos to the communication and for accommodating our transportation needs at the last minute. We were greeted upon arrival and check-in was smooth and easy. I had already expected to pay a cash deposit (required by the stay), but it was waived since we were only there for an evening. Our room (family room) was simple and comfortable. Bathroom amenities were excellent with two separate showers and a toilet. We decided to try their in-house massage/spa service and we all got their “Balai Signature Massage”. It did not disappoint. Not only did we get a massage, but we got to utilize their saunas and jacuzzis located in the backyard of the premises. All we had to do was schedule the massages two hours prior and we were set to go. We also enjoyed Lihim Café which was located on the premises in the lobby. We enjoyed both lunch the day of arrival and their complimentary breakfast the following morning. Huge shoutout and thank you to the staff for making Balai Princesa a smooth, comfortable, relaxing and easy stay even if we were there just for an evening. It was memorable. I’d come back again if I ever visited the area again.
