Staff was helpful and, because the room I was supposed to have was not ready, they did not hesitate to give me another room. The internet was reliable and stable. I did not experienced the breakfast fare as I had some gluten free fare with me, but I tried the high tea lunch when I arrived and the food was good as well a reasonably priced."
