"It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio"

"The location was perfect for public transport - an easy flat walk from the train station and a short walk to the ferries. The flat has a beautiful view of the lake and access to a private beach. Aspects of the flat are a little tired, the taps in the kitchen move around, the shower needs the shelves repairing and mould removing. "Room was cleaned thoroughly each day to a degree I’ve never seen in the US. All staff cheerful and helpful. Head bellman (who is either the owner or is re-enacting the plot from “Roman Holiday”) goes out of his way for the guests’ pleasure and convenience. Fitness room could use a better treadmill but it probably is only used on rainy days (like my last day there). Breakfast Buffett is excellent especially with made to order omelettes on weekends."

"Our stay at Ibis Como was excellent. The hotel is very well located, just a 10-minute drive from Lake Como and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping centers. Free parking is available, which was a great advantage for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which was very convenient for our schedule, although the variety of options could be improved. The hotel is also only a 30-minute drive from Fiera Milano, making it an ideal choice for business travelers. Having a car is highly recommended. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return."
