"Property was supposed to be a non-smoking, but the elevator and the room I was assigned had a strong stench of smoke, mixed with room freshener :(. But, the front desk staff moved us to a different room, which seemed better in terms of room smell. Found that very weird when every room is non-smoking. As far as the room features, such as toilet, sink, shower are concerned, it felt extremely run down. "

"This hotel is in need of major renovations. Upon arrival the elevator was not working properly. The next morning signs saying out of service. When we asked the front desk they said it would be days and if we needed help with our things they would assist. When we asked if there would be any discounts or refunds they said talk to the general manager who was not available. One of our family members had an injured foot and 3 flights of stairs several times a day for three days was not acceptable. One of the kind staff offered to move us to first floor and arranged for us to have adjoining rooms. We asked for adjoining rooms at check in but that staff said we were on the same floor across from each other. The picture of the pool is not the actual pool. The ceiling is falling off, the hot tub is not a hot tub and there is green algae growing on the walls. One of the kids drug the towel on the floor and it was full of hair and dirty! Most of the staff seemed put out by requests like refilling the hot water for tea or getting fresh towels. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly, kept the items stocked and the area cleaned. Good options for families."

"As soon as i showed up to check in i knew i messed up.... there were people walking all around, one guy working on a car....but i was tired and didnt want to hunt for another hotel at 1030 at night.... had to pay a 50 cash deposit...get to my room and upon entering, the stench of cigarettes hit me.... i grabbed the remote to watch tv....it didnt work... went to pick up the phone the ring the front desk about the tv and didnt work so i just said eff this and went to bed...you could hear the plane taking off people outside fighting and arguing......the next morning i got up, got showered(sucky water pressure) and went out for the day, upon my arrival back to my room, i went to take my evening shower and the lights in the bathroom and by the vanity were not working. I called the front desk using my personal cell phone and told the guy that the lights were not working and he said that there was nothjng he could do until Monday when his maintenance man was avaialabe...mind you this was Saturday night.... needless to say..i stayed saturday night and checked out one day early on sunday....i will not be staying here again."
