We have stayed at this hotel many times now. The location is great, close to the airport and just a few miles away from downtown. The room was large and comfortable. Didn’t use the rest of the amenities as much. Nonetheless the hotel is a great value for money.

I was very impressed with the Crown Plaza airport hotel Indianapolis . The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers were VERY kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the products fro used in the bathroom - Apotheke were FIRST CLASS. I intend to purchase the handwash and other product as soon as I get home! Thank you a very comfortable , classy and reasonably priced room! I highly recommend !

Very nice, large room. I called from the airport, and the shuttle picked me up. I had a nice meal in the restaurant. The next morning, the shuttle took me back to the airport.

I didn't stay for breakfast .... needed a latte first ... stop I stopped at a nearby Starbucks. I had dinner in the bar and a great glass of wine. Bartenders were friendly and helpful with the menu . It was hard to decide what to have because the items looked so good.

Edwin at the front desk had a great attitude and was very helpful. Room was clean, bed was great. Pillows sucked, only bad things the bathroom gets really warm with the door closed as vent/fan must not have been working and the bathroom floor was stiickt like it hadn’t been mopped in some time….
