"Friendly staff at front desk with easy check in. Ned was comfortable. The hotel was lacking in cleanliness. Floors in the room, and throughout, had clearly not been swept - hair, dust, and small pieces of paper in the corners and throughout the room. One of the largest walls in the room had screws sticking out with nothing hanging. Looked unkempt. Marijuana and cigarette smell was also pretty strong throughout the building. Hotel was just ok for the night. Would not return. "

She was compassionate and the most caring person I have met in the travel industry. This is the hotel you should choose when staying in Indianapolis. "No Internet and the owner over-billed my by $300. Shower filled the tub, smell was awful. Told the owner is Kmurra whom I spoke with. He lied and so I have reported to Capital One, my credit card company. Kmurra is a thief and scoundrel."
