"자녀의 전시회 참여를 위해 방문 했었습니다. 급하게 꽃다발을 준비해야하는데 1층에 입정한 꽃집에서 최선을 다해 준비해줘서 참 고마웠습니다. 아침 조식도 친절한 직원덕분에 기분좋은 하루를 시작할 수 있었어요. 간이 딱 맞는 음식들이 꼭 필요한 메뉴로 갖춰쳐있더군요. 연식은 조금 있지만 저는 요즘 지어진 호텔도 좋지만 잘 관리되는 기존 호텔 방문도 좋아합니다. 스위트룸의 구조도 두가족이 사용하기 좋은 배치로 이뤄져있어서 참 편리하더군요. 호텔 뒷편에 위치한 저렴하고 다양한 메뉴의 식당들도 이용하기 좋았고, 교통편도 어디든 접근하기 좋았습니다. 다음번 서울방문에도 켄싱턴 여의도점 재방문의사 강하게 있습니다. 근데 주차장 입,출입구가 반대로 있어 처음에는 다소 당황했었어요"

"I was honestly disappointed with my stay at Novotel Suites Ambassador Seoul Yongsan. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and overall maintenance from a hotel like Novotel. To start, the entrance and access to the check-in area were inconvenient and not particularly welcoming. My biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. While the towels and bedding in my room were clean, there was dust everywhere. It didn’t look like the room had been properly dusted or vacuumed in quite some time. And it wasn’t just the room. The elevators, lobby, hallways, and other common areas had the same problem. Dusty surfaces, fingerprints, and smudges were noticeable throughout the property. Some areas looked so poorly maintained that I honestly didn’t even want to touch certain surfaces. The entire hotel felt neglected and lacked the clean, polished atmosphere you would expect from an upscale property. Instead of feeling like a higher-end hotel, it reminded me more of a budget motel. It’s unfortunate because cleanliness and attention to detail make such a difference in the overall guest experience. Clean towels and bedding are simply not enough when the rest of the property feels poorly maintained. For a hotel under the Novotel brand, this was definitely below expectations. The property really needs to step up its housekeeping and overall maintenance"

"The hotel and staff were nice. Unfortunately it is the end of October and getting chilly in Seoul, there was no way to control the thermostat so the room was cold. I asked the front desk and there was no way to control it but they were kind enough to bring me a portable oil heater. Once again, it was a bit disappointing because the heater barely helped warm up the room. I ended up wearing layers to bed and making a “blanket cave” to stay warm. Everything else about the hotel was great, it was just a bit too chilly for my liking, especially as someone that struggles to regulate their own body temperature."
