Good location near train stations and bus stops. Very spacious room with friendly staff. The only flip side was daily room servicing, looks like the room is not vacuumed, hair and other little things still will be there in the room after daily room service. Great choice in Yeouido!

The room was very big and comfortable. The bed sheets were a little rough. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The staff offered to help me fix it but unfortunately it was not a good time. Also, Chammi was amazing during check-in and he tried his best to personalize my experience. Additionally, a big thank you to Jennie from Concierge/Bell Desk who helped me avoid the traffic and accident by providing me with a great suggestion of taking the taxi instead of the airport bus. She went the extra mile and above and beyond to help me get to the airport on time and I am extremely grateful!
