"This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was nice. I noticed my itinerary said I have a resort credit. I don't know what that means and it didn't seem that they know what that means either? I don't know if that means something like I missed out on a chance for amenities like a credit towards food or something or if it means something else?"

"I wanted to give a shout out to whoever was working the front desk between 9:30 and 10:00 on 4/27. There was a loud and rowdy family playing with legos in our hallway and making a commotion, and the staff was so polite and helpful to everybody in our hallway for kindly asking them to go somewhere else. I could not believe the were out there doing that so late at night when the walls at the hotel are on the thin side. I didn’t blame the hotel at all because walls are walls, but they took care of...
"Very friendly staff and had good communication throughout my stay. I accidentally left my new Sonicare toothbrush and they called me letting me know that they would hold it for me. I appreciated the overall hospitality from the staff. Dog friendly rooms that were clean and didn’t smell bad like some pet friendly hotels do. Breakfast was decent. Good location and good place to stay. I will return if I’m ever back in the area. "
"If you are looking for a nice, clean, updated motel that's centrally located while on a budget, this is the place for you. Floors are new, but not carpeted, new bathroom shower/tub inserts, with beautifully tiled floor (in the bathroom). I would definitely stay here again, but take in to account that because it's centrally located you will hear traffic. "

"Great location, great staff, clean and comfortable rooms! We reserved a corner suite and the view was great! Would stay again and recommend! We didn’t rent a car and had no problem using public transport and our legs. Save yourself the parking fee!"

"Convenient area near dining, highway, and tourist attractions. Room was very comfortable with little extras like leaving the radio on for a welcoming feeling. Staff were very helpful and I enjoyed the free drink offered in the evening."
"I love historic older buildings! The suite we paid for was more spacious than the photos showed. There were a few things about the cleanliness of the room like there was toothpaste on the wall and mirror from previous guests and also what looked like rubber glue. Also previous guests left sticky pancake syrup on one of the chairs when I sat down. Warm water got it right out of the chair with no staining but my pants were an issue. The towels in the room and the pool had a funky odor and the pool had several bandaids in it. The pool area was beautiful probably spent most of our time there. The breakfast had many hot and cold and hot options! Ate there each morning of our stay. Despite the negatives we'll likely be back due to the staff's over the top service, they were polite, quick, and catered to everything we needed which wasn't necessary but made our stay relaxed and easy!!! Thank you!!"
