"The stay could have been improved with some basic in-room amenities. It would have been helpful if essentials like water, a kettle, tea bags, and milk were provided. These small additions can make a big difference to the overall comfort and convenience for travellers."

"The breakfast buffet was refreshing, the staff were always pleasant and extremely attentive and the hotel is in an amazing location with respect to food and transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The room (when we could get in it) was clean and actually a very nice size room away from the noise of the front of the hotel. Bathroom was large and clean but soap dispenser for handwash and shower were not working. But we had plenty of towels and water was hot so room was good. There is air conditioning but we did not use. The Breakfast is in the next door hotel which is round the corner. It is a very small area with only one person doing breakfast so lots of used dishes on tables and a wait to get clean dishes and cups. The area is very small but the breakfast provided was adequate for what we expected so have no complaints about the food options and drinks. We had issue with the room entrance key so the staff were very frustrated by us and were not communicating with us. Plus the staff do not seem to relay messages to each other as every person we met on reception we had to explain the situation again "

"The room was good. Only two issues faced the sink would not drain water fast enough. I did report this to the front desk, not sure if they were able to fix it, no confirmation provided, the other issue the safe stopped working after day 2, had to go to front desk for this as well. Staff member came and reset the safe. "

"This hotel is 100% fine. It is not roomy, there are no amenities to speak of. But it’s about a 20 min metro ride to everywhere in Paris. The Rue Faubourg Saint Denis behind the hotel is an amazing street with tons of bars and restaurants. The hotel is a couple blocks from Gare de l’Est and a block from the metro. The staff were nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Staff were nice and helpful. Station is very close and lots of nearby restaurants. Clean room. But the room condition was not so ‘new looking’ like shown in picture. The hotel location makes it very noisy particularly at night. "
