"Nice location, and easy check in. Beautiful view of the Grampians. Cottage had all necessary amenities, but lacked basics to make it a true 4.9/5 stars. Pod machine with no coffee pods, no basics in the fridge (only 1/4 bottle of opened milk), no basic bfast supplied. Very untidy outside, gardens and lawn very overgrown and building structure definitely needing some attention. Not sure if I give it much more than a 3/5 considering the price paid. "

"We all loved the place. Rosina was so quick in responding to all my questions. Cant ask for better value for money. My only recommendation would be to have a nice lawn in the front and backyard. That will change the entire look of the property and of course you could charge a bit more after that."
