"We (a group of 10) stayed 3 nights. When we booked the accomodation back last year there was only 1 review of 5 stars on Stayz so our expectations were high, especially for the price. Prior to our trip, subsequent reviews (on other sites) were posted which lowered our expectations somewhat. Overall, we agreed with the most recent reviewers that the house is very clean and Kerry the caretaker communicated well. The size of the house is large and spacious. "Lovely, quiet and bush outlook with wildlife everywhere "

"We have just returned from a lovely two night stay in Dunkeld. There was five adults staying at the property and it was so warm, clean and inviting. We stayed very warm (given the outside temperatures down to 2 degrees) around the wood fire and the multiple panel heaters kept the entire house warm. The interior of the property was styled very nicely and the amenities were all modern and easy to use. The beds were all very comfortable and we appreciated that good linen was provided! Would...

"We all loved the place. Rosina was so quick in responding to all my questions. Cant ask for better value for money. My only recommendation would be to have a nice lawn in the front and backyard. That will change the entire look of the property and of course you could charge a bit more after that."

"An attractive house, it was clean and pleasant. there were a few minor niggles though, the lock on the front door didnt work. the woodshed was locked, its the middle of winter... we were there for a week there were no garbage bags, 3 dishwashing tablets, insufficenet toilet paper. More care needs to be taken to brief the cleaners so they know how ling 6 adults are staying for...."
