"My Husband and I LOVED our stay at Loews in KC. We had immaculate customer service from everyone in the place that we talked to especially the front desk workers. "I booked this hotel for my bday and the hotel upgraded me to a junior suite. Room was spacious and nice . But could have been a little more cleaner for it to be luxurious hotel. It looked a little dusty. Parking is included in the hotel fee. But getting to parking is a little tricky. The rooftop was beautiful and the food for dinner was really good . My favorite part of the hotel was the double shower for the junior suite is amazing ! "
