"My Husband and I LOVED our stay at Loews in KC. We had immaculate customer service from everyone in the place that we talked to especially the front desk workers. They made us feel welcome, made sure we had everything we needed everyday they'd check in and even sent a little goodbye text that's "live" and actual people you text. Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining!
