"Elicia was great - she checked in on us multiple times to ensure our stay was enjoyable and we had everything we needed. The property is beautiful! Only a 45-minute drive from Cypress (which is great for two toddlers) and has lots to do, including swimming, fishing, games, etc., for the adults and kiddos. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely keep in mind for future getaways."

"The inside of the house was great and had everything you would need. The pool was clean and well kept. The hot tub never got very hot but the home owner communicated with us the entire time and apologized for the inconvenience. He was very nice and even offered to let us check out late. Only reason I give it four instead of five stars is because 1) The Hot Tub and 2) The back yard was a bit over grown and could have used a fresh mowing. Aside from the two thing mentioned above it was great."

The younger crowd stayed in the cottage while the more senior parents/grandparents were in the main house. "We loved our "ranch get-a-way" The house is exactly as described and pictured. the beds are comfortable, even the ones in the upper loft area. Mary Beth, the owner, responds very quickly! We had three adults for our stay, but a small family gathering for dinner on one night. The kitchen is well stocked with quality knives etc... It was a perfect 3 night stay!!"
