- Recently transformed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Modern Farmhouse in Sheridan! Exceptional views! Located on 9 acres full of oak trees and a pond, this home offers a well-appointed living space that's perfect for friends and families. Sway in the hammock, play frisbee golf, play cornhole, try the ninja course, bird watch, build a charcuterie board in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather the crew to cook smores on the fire pit and enjoy stargazing and deer watching. The home includes 3 bedrooms downstairs and a loft room upstairs. The loft includes 4 twin beds, board games, and plenty of space for the kids to play. The living room has a queen size pull out couch for your use. There is plenty to do at the property or you can spend the day at the wineries, check out the distillery, shop in nearby towns, tube the Colorado river, or enjoying Splashway and all it has to offer.
