“I would never dream of a better place to stay in Venice!”
The hotel added much to my whole satisfaction of the journey. I was travelling alone, and the small cosy room suited me perfectly. It was very clean. Good breakfast. And the most important thing - the Great neighbourhood!!! Close to cathedral and the bus station, not far from the most inportant places of interest. I liked the wiew from my window in the morning - the first rays of light and I enjoyed returning back in the evenings! Very pleasant impressions.
“Anytime again.”
Very nice staff. Close to everything. Clean. Bathroom on top floor but had sink and shower in room. Stayed an extra night. Breakfast included. No elevator but cozy. Good price and great location.
“A well located hotel”
Very well located. clean, quiet, safe. Breakfast could be improved but it is acceptable.
“A budget option”
If you want to stay on the main bit of Venice without destroying your credit rating, then Casa Peron is a good option. Sure, there's no television or hairdryer, and sure, breakfast isn't brilliant, but what are you doing wanting to spend all your holiday in your room? A great location for a great price.

I stayed at Casa Peron with my family in Mid July just 2 days before takinmg a Criuse ship from Vencice Port. I Would not call it Hotel but a Youth Hostel ++. Considering that it is Vencice and location, I recomend the Hotel. It is close to the Venece Port (walking thorugh bridges around 10-15 minutes) also taking the bus from airport to Piazzala Roma is close. Walking to Piazza San Marcos is 20-25 minutes. Nice location which is everything in Venice. Service given at the receptinio by the man is nice. Also there is a nice parrot welcoming guests. The old lady on the other hand is always angry and with bad manners. We were scolded everytime we asked something. Breakfast is a classic bread with butter and jam. Nothing special. We stayed in a clean big room with inside bathroom located at the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. If you stay, try to ask everything to the man at reception. Avoid the old lady.
“budget hotel”
get what you pay for. have to walk to bus stop, train station, or waterbus stop with almost same distance (10mins walking). If I go Venice again, I probably will choose to live at mainland. Better hotel and convenient for public transport too.
“A tidy basic hotel :)”
For the price, a nice little 1 star hotel. Well situated and very clean. If you are after a good quality basic place to lay your head I would recommed this. If you are after frills this isn't the place for you.
“Clean prison in the very Venice ;-)”
Off season it was quite a bargain; internet really fast and working; breakfast very "spartan" though - coffee and buns with butter and jam. At the price acceptable afterall. Small room without any tv or hifi what turns it into sleep and leave for the walk. Clean and tidy what was most important and appreciated;-). The only downturn is that after 01:00 am you cannot get in or out when the hotel is locked! Do not know if it is that much common for the place ?!
“x”
Very helpful staff in a no frills hotel. Surprisingly quiet for such a convenient location between the transport hub (10mins on foot) and the main sites of Venice. Plenty of restaurants nearby including a very good family one round the corner. Room was very clean, all the facilities worked well but the parrot talked little sense.
