“Great location, awesome air conditioning!”

Comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff was really friendly, breakfast was good. Best part was the air conditioning - we stayed here during a very hot week in July and it was great to come back and relax in a nice, cool room at the end of the day!

As good a 3star hotel as we've ever been to. Bright, friendly and very clean. Not luxurious but couldn't ask for a better base from which to explore. Felt right in the heart of the city.

“Great Value for Money, Fantastic Location”

Great location in narrow alley off St Mark's square!. Considering Italian/Venice standards and prices, this hotel delivered outstanding value for money, considering that it is a 3 star hotel. If you are not looking for a luxurious hotel, this will deffinitely please you. So pleased with the hotel!, btw the staff at the reception desk aren't that nice.

“Excellent!”

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in November and found it to be excellent.The staff were helpful, the room was clean, modern and spacious and the location is fantasctic, right in the heart of San Marco. A great breakfast selection and again the staff and service received couldnt have been better. I would definately stay here again and would recommend it as it met my expectations on every level.

“Very impressed”

I was a little concerned about booking the hotel as some of the reviews were not altogether good, but I must say the hotel was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly, my room was great, the place is being renovated but it did not disturb me and the renovations are very nice. The little bar is lovely and the barman is so friendly. I would certainly stay there again and also recommend it to other people highly. The hotel was very easy to find with the instructions I had, I went straight to it.

“Little but a lot”

This is a small hotel that should appeal to those that want an intimate experience. The rooms were big enough to be comfortable but not so big as to inflate the price. WE were 90 seconds from St Marks Square. Clean sheets everyday both a bath and a shower. Just acoss thestreet is a great fish restaurant that is a bit pricy but with the right selections you can eat at a reasonable price (great service here). All in all it was exactly what we wanted and could not have been more pleased (Easy to find if you watch for the signs!) This pladce is probably not for those who want a big fancy hotel and a lot of fuss made over them.

“Perfect hotel location”

This Hotel lived up to all my expectations, it was perfectly positioned just 100m from the St Marks Square. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. The european buffet breakfast was also good. Considering the hotel location the price was reasonable. Just be prepared to pay loads for a decent meal at any of the surrounding restaurants.
