“Awesome hotel”

I was pleasantly surprised with how awesome the hotel room was. The room was very clean and it had a great view. We were however on the 4th floor. The hotel is located in the perfect spot too! You're literally one block away from Gainsville street and everything is easily accessible. If you're a smoker, there is a beautiful patio section on the 2nd floor that is open to you 24 hours. There's also a Starbucks across the street! I highly recommend booking your Vancouver trip at this hotel. The only bad thing about this hotel is that the pool is located in an awkward location. There are windows looking down on the pool so when people walk by they can easily see you. It's a bit weird so we didn't go to the pool at all.

went downtown with some friends to go clubbing and this was the PERFECT hotel. very well priced for the distance from all major landmarks, cleanliness, luxury, and nice staff! very highly recommended!

“Clean Rooms are a big plus”

Rooms were very clean and neat. Roomy area and everyone was very helpful. Very pleased with this hotel.

“Very good accommodation in Downtown Vancouver”

Good quality hotel well positioned in the downtown area. Had that all important 'in house self use laundry' which people on long trips so appreciate. Staff friendly and helpful.

Our parents booked us this hotel as our one year anniversary gift as we were traveling to Vancouver to go to a concert. I called ahead and let them know if it was our anniversary and asked if they could upgrade us if possible. They kindly put us in a nice room and sent us a gift basket which was a nice gesture :) The only negative I would say is that although we were on the 'executive' floor the walls were still very thin and we could here the guy next door talking on his phone.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location was both good and bad, very close to downtown activities which was great but unfortunately had a view of the dirty back alley out of my window! Hotel staff was very helpful and very polite! Would defiantly stay again!

This was my second time staying there, and I now consider it "my" hotel in Vancouver. Reasonably priced, but well-located, with excellent service. We did not eat dinner in the hotel restaurant, but the breakfasts are terrific. Be sure to introduce yourself to Tim, a great bartender and very knowledgeable about Vancouver, its sights, and restaurants.

“Excellent location and service”

The room was spacious and the hotel personnel most helpful. I needed directions to get to some places, and they even printed out Google maps for me. Everything most pleasant and the location central to downtown Vancouver. The restaurant was not good for dinner (but there are many places within a short cab ride which are superb). However, the breakfast here, although a bit pricey, was excellent. I think they might specialize in breakfast. Bar was open from about 4:00 to 10:00, and if Tim is the bartender you are in good hands. He also recommended a couple of good restaurants, and we enjoyed them immensely.

The hotel is well located, in a quiet block. No big surprises. The staff was friendly.
