“Good hotel”

It was a good stay. It was very nice. I want to apologize that I don't have time to write more.

“Our new go to hotel in Richmond/Vancouver”

The hotel was in a perfect location right in the heart of Richmond and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Vancouver. The front desk staff was great! Nina helped us at check- in and provided us with an amazing room on the top floor with a walk out balcony right below the Hilton sign. The pool was on the small side, but definitely a plus with the summer weather. They also provided guests with tennis rackets and balls to play on the tennis courts next to the pool. Directions to any attraction we wanted to go to were provided which was great for us as we had no cell reception/ GPS (visiting from the States).

I was thorougly pleased with the hotel. Everything was clean and the bedding felt very fresh. I especially appreciated the security feature that only allowed one to go up with a key card. Felt very safe. Ultimately very happy.

“Amazing view from our room.”

We booked this amazing hotel through expedia for a good price but that excluded breakfast and parking. It dint matter to us the breakfast cos, the hotel room had a fridge and microwave and a wonderful coffee maker that took care of our mornings. We stocked milk and cereal and fruits. The bed was comfy and the room had the greatest view. Thank you Hilton for giving us a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjjoyed it. And oh, the toiletteries (Evelyn) was refreshing......

“Repeat customer”

Close to airport with full shuttle service. Walking distance to Richmond Centre Mall, restaurants etc. Great beds and bedding. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable. This was my 4'th stay.

“Airport convenience”

While on our last full day at sea during an Alaskan cruise and realizing that we still hadn't booked a hotel for a two night stay in Vancouver, we decided to use the ship's internet. Expedia was our first choice because of our past experiences and reliability. When offered the 'hidden' hotel feature at deeply discounted rates, we decided to 'go for it'. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered the Vancouver Airport Hilton and even more surprised to be offered a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in. The bell-hop was extremely helpful and informative, giving us tips on how to get around the city and places to see and eat. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend the Hotel and Expedia's hidden hotel feature.

“Great Vancouver Airport Option”

Check-in was welcoming, the room was perfect, and the view from the windown beautiful. The restaurant was far better than is typical of airport hotels. We strongly recommend this property.

Excellent hotel, fast and free pick up bus from airport. (easy to find!) Clean room, friendly staff nice food in restaurant. Richmond is a long way from the city centre though so not too sutable for a city break but excellent for a stay over to or from the airport.
