"We absolutely loved this grand hotel, Everything was top notch. If I was going to nitpick to find anything to say they could improve on it's the showers. They leak into the bathrooms and you need a towel to dry it up. plus you can't put a towel behind the shower door because the door is too low and it gets caught. not a big deal really. the hotel is amazing."

"My husband had his phone stolen, whilst we were out near lucky Chinatown, the team at Somerset were so helpful, accompanying him to the police station to do reports. A very big thank you from us. Rooms big and very comfortable bed, we had a washing machine in our 1 bed apartment, very useful, but there were also machines to use by swimming pool. Breakfast choice is OK, only includes basic filter coffee, no cappuccino etc, but you could buy this at the same cafe. Limited fruits and vegetables....

"This was my second, outstanding stay at the Grand. I stayed for 10 nights this trip. I was treated like royalty. Ivy at Reception gave me an upgraded room and floor — resulting in a panoramic 29th floor view. Dannah was my housekeeper and was very attentive, conscientious, and accommodating. Darius the doorman was unfailingly welcoming. I have received the best hospitality here! TEN stars! I’ll be returning again in a couple weeks and can’t wait."
