“Will certainly go again.”

We really chose the hotel because it was very handy for our family who now live in Toulouse.

“Excellent appartment”

Found the appartment excellent, clean and modern with balcony. About a 20 minute walk from the station and 15 minutes into the centre. There is a supermarket and bakers across the road for breakfast stuff and loads of bars and restaurants about a 10 minute walk away. Only downside was there was no air conditioning but would recommend staying here.

“Good value”

Good value - room would be cramped fro two but just finr for a short break. The kitchenette is a great idea plus you get a fridge to store food, wine beer etc. I would recommend you fold up the bed if you want more space, and if yuo can afford it get one of th4 bigger appartment/rooms.

“Really enjoyed our stay; kitchenette saved us big bucks”

this is a tourist hotel which means the linens are only changed once a week (but before you get there of course!) and you do have to empty your own garbage and tidy up a bit (do the dishes, etc) when you leave. The room was tiny but very efficient, but so are all European rooms; the one thing we didn't realize was that we'd get a lovely balcony! ours overlooked the canal du midi and the lively street scene below. the location was great, we could walk all over the city from there (it's a few blocks to the old part of the city), and the staff was very friendly and helpful, gave us a map, etc. Also, the TV had THREE english language channels (BBC, CNN and Eurosport) which is more than anywhere else we stayed in france. The bed was a trundle bed in the double room (cheapest) we booked, so if you want a true double you may want to upgrade. Ours was perfectly comfortable and easy to put together as a couch for the day. We really enjoyed Toulouse, it's not touristy but has some lovely spots and people are very friendly and the food of course is wonderful and reasonably priced.

“A very pleasant stay”

Very helpful staff. Studio room was small but comfortable. Soon after our arrival we discovered a leak from the toilet. Staff investigated and we were told if not able to fix then we would be transferred to another room. We were in fact transferred to an apartment - at no extra cost. The extra room and space made our stay more pleasant. The kitchen was adequately equipped for our 4 day stay. Buses very convenient and metro not too far away. 3 small supermarket shops nearby and also a Lidl. There was also free access to the internet, in the reception lobby, at all times. Good value for a short break.

“Not luxurious, but worth revisiting.”

Good location with parking (at extra cost ) beneath hotel. Kitchen facilities sufficient for everyday meals. A few minutes walk from centre of city. Large bathroom was good for storing cases.Only gripe was the sofa bed which had a thin mattress, not very comfortable and creaked.

“Good Value”

good location for the city, easy to walk in and close to the metro line. Breakfast was good and bathrooms were nice. Kitchen lacked a kettle and the double bed was actually a sofa bed, but still comfortable. Can't really complain too much as this was the best value place we found, especially as the breakfast was included.

“This is an apartment block not a hotel”

I did not expect to have to make my own bed or to be asked to clean my room at the end of he stay. Actually its location is extremely convenient which compensated somewhat.

“Disappointed”

I assumed when I booked the room that it would have a bed! It did not! It had a sofa sleeper. It was described as close to the train station. That was not so. The only good thing about the stay was that it was only one night.

“No cleaning service, rude personnel”

My stay in this hotel is one to forget. Not only I didn't nottice anything special when I booked it online, but it even seemed nice. The reality was that when I went to my room on my second night I found it the same way I had left it in the morning (beds undone, bathroom dirty and towels wet). When I complained to the reception desk the following morning I was received very badly and misstreated. They pointed me to a small paper in the wall where it said that these were the normal conditions and that they only cleaned once a week. The person in there also told me that this was all indicated in the online conditions that I had accepted, only to tell me he didn't have time to talk to me when I tried to show him that in my printout of the conditions it didn't say anything. Furthermore, the day I had to leave I found a paper in my door indicating that I needed to clean myself the room and vacoom the floor, or pay a 50Euro penalty for leaving the premises dirty! Ah, and don't expect to find anyone in the reception desk after 8PM, they close for the night. Not even if your door key doesn't open (as happened to a friend of mine) you'll find someone to come right away to help you. Don't get missleaded by the hotel's name, it is not downtown! it is in the border of what we could call walking distance, with 80% of the other hotels in Toulouse being closer to the center.
