The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped, and I felt comfortable during my stay. However, the staff could only speak broken English, and even though I had informed them of the check-in time in advance, the staff was not at the reception due to a long lunch rest, and the check-in instructions had been sent by email on the day of the check-in. So the overall rating has been lowered. But when I visit Toulouse, I think I will try to reserve this accommodation again. I highly reccomend this accommodation.

Alojamiento demasiado alejado del centro. Facilidad para aparcar. Molesto ruido de los aviones que sobrevuelan bajo al despegar. Todo limpio y nuevo y con muchos utensilios.

Séjour à l'occasion d'un mariage. Appart'hotel bien équipé, propre. Petit bémol sur les lits-coffres qui craquent au moindre mouvement et à la disposition des meubles pas très pratique. Sinon le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Le séjour a été très bien.

Le séjour c'est bien passé. Bon accueil. Propre,simple efficace, calme,chambre, petit déjeuner et parking. Je pourrais y revenir et recommander. ( Attention pour les campagnards quelques bruit urbain et " aéroport").

Séjours réguliers toujours ok

Je viens régulièrement dans cette résidence pour des séjours courts (2 à 3 nuits). Je la trouve plutôt bien placée : à proximité du métro, du tram et d'une ligne de bus. Proche de commerces (supermarché, boulangerie, du centre-ville et de la Garonne (pour se promener). Elle est bien équipée (salle de sport et laverie). Et la chambre, sans être exceptionnelle en matière de décoration, reste plutôt agréable, confortable et spacieuse.

Cette fois ci, appartement moyen

Le lit double était collé à la fenêtre et prenait, avec le meuble bureau, toute la largeur de l'appartement. Résultat : il fallait monter sur le lit pour ouvrir et fermer la fenêtre. La fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement. Résultat : l'air frais entrait dans l'appartement. Avec le lit juste à côté, ça n'était pas agréable ... Enfin, la cabine de douche était fissurée et laissait l'eau s'écoule dans le reste de la salle de bains. Pas top ! J'ai connu des appartements plus confortables.

Ayant un concert à proximité j'ai loué une chambre dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très propre et assez fonctionnelle ! Je reviendrais ... Il ne faut juste pas être minutieux sur le ménage des espaces communs (couloirs par exemple). Hôtesse d'accueil très agréable

Super établissement

Je conseille cet établissement pour la famille mais aussi pour les étudiants ou des gens de passage. Vous avez le tram à 5mn à pied. Le tram va vers le centre ville et l'aéroport. Endroit assez calme, établissement très propre avec un coin de verdure. Le personnel est au top. Rapport qualité/prix très intéressant! Merci
