J'ai effectué une réservation quelques jours avant mon séjour sur Toulouse et le soir en arrivant j'ai constaté que l'hôtel était fermé. Je me suis retrouvé à errer dans la ville à minuit, ai pu finalement contacter la plateforme de réservation qui m'a confirmé qu'effectivement l'hôtel était fermé , merci de l'info après avoir eu la confirmation de la commande le retrait su paiement etc... on m'a après divers tergiversation mis en rapport avec un service en ligne soit disant aux états unis pour me rechercher un autre hôtel. J'ai finalement pu en trouver un en marchant dans la ville un peu avant que la plateforme me rappelle . Bref, cauchemardesque ou burlesque, c'est selon. Mais je suis furieux de cette expérience et j'attends un geste commercial significatif et l'opportunité de pouvoir vous faire part d'un avis plus positif, ou plutôt d'un véritable avis sur la qualité de l'hôtel de bains douches de Toulouse

Séjour à Toulouse

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hotel. L'enregistrement a été un peu laborieux (apprenti ?). Mais ensuite tout a été très bien. Hotel très bien situé surtout que nous assistions à un concert à La Halle aux grains qui se trouve juste à côté.

La chambre est même mieux en vrai que sur les photos Mais bon... Je pense qu’il est temps de redonner un coup de peinture et de changer quelques objets usés. La TV ne fonctionne pas super. Pas de mouchoir ,1/4 de rouleau de papier wc... Pas beaucoup de choses dans le mini bar ni cacahuète etc etc et les carreaux ne sont pas faits ... je pense que ces petites choses peuvent être améliorées.

Super accueil. Séjour d’une semaine complète avec service au stop. Seul bémol la chambre donnant côté rue un peu bruyante jusqu’a Ce que la circulation diminue.

Un hôtel design, mais très mal insonorisé J' ai passé 2 nuits horribles sinon les prises sont pas pratique, ma télécommande tv ne fonctionnait pas. Le lendemain pas de nouveau gel douche j'ai dû faire avec le fond de la veille. Dommage car le personnel est professionnel et aimable.

Very friendly staff

Friendly staff, good breakfast. The AC didn't work properly (noisy and not much cold air), but I reported it when I left and they promised to look into it. A bit overdecorated. Near metro.

Nice design but fail in execution

We stayed for one night the location is good and the hotel stuff is amazing. I would have given 3 stars but I gave 4 because of the stuff. There were 2 problems in the room. First the central a.c. was not powerful enough as a result the room was unpleasantly warm which made our sleep difficult. The second was the bathroom. There was a bathtub with no curtain. We didn't want to take a bath so every time we took a shower the whole bathroom would flood there was water everywhere.

ビジネス向けではない

部屋が寒いのと、パソコン作業を行う机の狭さ、その周辺に電源がないことは不満でした。また、シャワーエリアに囲いがなく、シャワーが終わった後は洗面所、トイレ含め床が水浸しに必ずなります。 良かった点は朝食のパンが美味しいことと、周辺の市街地には比較的近い立地条件です。

Le sejour c est tres bien passer . Seulement pour une prestation a plus de 130 euros je trouve sa dommage que l etablissement ne propose pas de parking , et que le service minibar soit facturé .. Manque de prestations pour le prix .

1 nuit business. Très bruyant. Wifi très lent.

1 nuit business dans l'hôtel. 3ème étage sur rue. C'est très bruyant. C'est une rue à forte circulation (en sens unique, juste après le pont pour passer la canal, donc ceux qui veulent traverser passent par là). Le Wifi est très lent. Ca faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas vu les photos apparaître ligne à ligne. Je n'ai pas pu travailler à l'hôtel la mâtinée, Internet était trop lent.

Expérience très décevante

Malgré un hôtel à la décoration sympathique en apparence et extrêmement propre mon séjour a été une succession de déconvenue - forte odeur de cigarette dans la chambre - climatisation bruyante et ne faisant pas de froid donc chaleur difficile à supporter - j'au du intervenir avec un couteau pour débloquer la bonde de l'évier qui était bouché - présence d'une porte de séparation avec la chambre voisine sans aucune insonorisation donc bruit de TV, téléphone et j'en passe - lit quelconque - impossible de masquer la baie vitré avec le rideau car baie vitré plus large que le rideau - petit déjeuner moyen et servis dans le hall d'accueil de l'hôtel

Bel hôtel dans lequel j'ai déjà séjourné. Seulement aujourd'hui l'hôtel m'indique que la climatisation de ma chambre ne fonctionne pas, et ne propose aucune solution ni dédommagement (Il fait quand même 30°C). Je trouve ça très limite de leur part.
