“Good value”
Good value, basic accommodation for solo or family travellers. Handy for downtown Toronto and the airport, as well as the wilds of the Niagara Escarpment. Good free breakfast, plenty of space in the rooms. Microwave useful, though lack of basic utensils is irritating. Would definitely stay again. Appreciated the friendly staff, the free internet access and the quiet location.
“Good room for less $”
This is an all suite "college residence" hall with the basic aminities: Clean rooms, bathrooms and clean linen. Complimentary breakfast served most everything and was great.

brilliant place to stay with your family,excellent security,good value for money,home away from home,most especially with kids. excellent cooking facilites,and laundry. Will be back in Toronto soon

“Very far from the airport”
I stayed one night cause I was catching a flight the next day and I thought the hotel was near but it's like a 20 minutes ride. The hotel is on a campus so the room is in a dorm, it's weird. People were very nice and all but it's hard to find and far from the airport.

“Good for students”
The staff is quite nice, though the breakfast was pretty poor and the tables dirty. The rooms are fine. Each bed is in a seperate room with its own. The location is quiet and close to Toronto, but there are not a lot of places to eat nearby.
“Affordable but not fancy”
The room was large and well-lit. It had a pleasant smell (air freshener). There was also a coffee maker, microwave oven, and refrigerator. The vending area was somewhat unkempt. If all you wanted was ice - good; there were no snacks in the vending machine. But there was a satisfying continental breakfast available (pastries, fruit, juices, coffee, etc.). My family just needed a clean room with a shower, so we weren't expecting a five-star hotel. I wasn't dissatisfied
