The Grassy Oasis is a garden suite located in the backyard of our home. It is a self-contained separate house of its own, which is fully separate from the main house. This tiny home features a king-size bed, a full kitchen, and a washroom with a fancy shower panel. A brand new construction, you will love the lush fresh grass and the trees around. You will also have access to a shared patio and the backyard. Best of all, you will be centrally located in downtown Brampton close to all amenities.Kindly note: We do allow pets for a nominal fee of $150/ pet/ stay of 28 days or less, paid cash or etransfer on arrival. Unauthorized pets and/ or guests will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Also, note: this is a no smoking property, smoking inside the premises will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and a $500 fine. Furthermore, for our guests, ours, and our property’s safety we have outdoor security cameras/ recording devices in the following locations: One ring doorbell camera on the main house’s front door, one camera facing the side entrance of main house, one camera by the garage with a view of the entrance to The Rustic Barn (our other listing located in the basement of our main house), and the driveway, and one camera on the big tree overlooking the entrance and the sides of The Grassy Oasis.
