"We had an amazing stay at The Fairmont in Dallas to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in, everyone we came in contact with went out of their way to go above and beyond in customer service. This was our first experience at a Fairmont Hotel and was by far the best hotel experience we ever had. Jack F and Philip P especially deserve recognition for outstanding service. We are from Chicago and will make it a point to stay at The Fairmont Dallas again! Superb hotel!!"

"Hotel was in a great location walking distance to the Galleria. Hotel was nice my only complaint is no microwave in the rooms and had to go downstairs every time we wanted our food warmed up. The lady that works overnights closed the section every night and seemed as if she was annoyed by us asking to warm our food up any time we did want to use the microwave."

"Old country folk here. We enjoyed that our room was quiet in spite of being in the approach path of a giant airport. The shuttle service was a huge plus and our driver was amazing. It would have been nice to have more dining choices within a mile walk but that isn't the property's fault."

"Front desk at night was a guy and he was absolutely helpful loved him !! Everything was perfect bar was fun too! Only thing was getting to the hotel was kind of tricky due to construction around but overall wonderful ! "
