Gorgeous Condo Historic Gruene with pool! Dog friendly!

3/3 condo. Sleeps 8. Master: King. 2nd Master: King. 3rd bedroom loft: Queen Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. No smoking. 2 dogs under 40 lbs, $25 per day per dog. MUST BE 25 to rent. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Gruene's newest Resort Community boasting beautiful new condo's, private parking, half mile to all Gruene offerings... Old Mill Resort on the Gruene is the perfect place to stay whether a romantic getaway, family outing or just the peaceful setting to relax and reconnect with friends. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our 1700 square foot fully furnished condo is conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay.

This fully furnished 3-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). There are 2 master suites with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with queen bed. All 3 bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, Instant Pot, crockpot and food processor. Owners have also added a high chair and pack n play and medium dog kennel. Full size washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM. Come down and enjoy our beautiful resort today!

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 2 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Great place for family!

Excellent place to stay and enjoy Gruene!

Gorgeous and most comfortable condo! We walked to and from downtown Gruene (all adults- might be a bit tougher for younger children as it’s along the road, a bit hilly, and takes about 10 minutes or so) and enjoyed great food, live music and more! Fantastic weekend and would most definitely recommend this condo!

Great weekend in Gruene!

We had a great weekend at the condo. The layout was perfect for our needs. It was close to Gruene Hall, the river and all the restaurants. The condo was clean and looked just like the listing. We had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be coming back for another stay!

Great Weekend Getaway

Property was clean and very nice. Event center area is a no go zone and property owner makes it clear. But, participants are able to park on lot used for rental residents. Water psi was very low.

We loved this beautiful, spotless condo. It’s in walking distance to the Rockin R parking lot at Gruene. It was quiet and relaxing but so close to everything. The host was perfect. I would absolutely recommend and return to this fabulous property.

Interview Weekend

Made an interview into a family weekend stay. We started out with a little mishap with check-in but hostess took care of it as soon as she found out. The ac is not cold enough at night. Everything else was pretty nice. We has a good comfortable stay.

Such a great property! Plenty of room and great living space. Big living/kitchen area for hanging out, playing games, watching tv and just enjoying your time. Extremely clean, warm and cozy feel. Fantastic location in Gruene

Stayed here in Gruene for our son's wedding. It perfectly suited our family needs. We had 2 master bedrooms, each with private bathroom suits. The loft slept 4 more. Bunks are adorable and cozy, but obviously a bit tight for adults.The ability to do laundry was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked. The unit was beautifully furnished with a true Texas feel. The only other feedback i woukd add is that it seems a bit silly to need to provide our own toilet paper and garbage bags... i brought my own detergent which was nice to have.We loved pur stay. It was an ideal location within Gruene, close to the river, the shops and downtown Gruene. Loved the area. Many thanks!!

Weekend Show and float trip

Excellent location walk or drive to Gruene Hall (it was HOT, we drove) and even shorter walk to Rockin R river tours. The condo itself had a the amenities you need, Roku TV in all the rooms. Spacious and easily slept 7 adults. Only complaint I had was the bed in the master bedroom seemed to have indenture that rolled toward the middle. Regardless, we enjoyed the weekend making memories.

This condo was EVERYTHING we needed and more. It is beautiful inside and out and could NOT be in a better location. It was stocked full of everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future and have already started sharing this with our friends. Highly recommend!!! The only downside of our trip was the fact that the location of the condos is near the railroad tracks and the trains start doing their thing in the super early AM. Just a bit of a shock if you are not used to living that close to a train. Everything else was perfection!!!

We traveled from Missouri for a family vacation and I think I looked at every rental in the San Antonio area and surrounding communities and this one stood out above them all! It did not disappoint once we got there either. Excellent space for our family of 6 with 4 kids from ages 17 down to 9. Great Kitchen for cooking (loved using the crockpot to put supper together in the morning and have ready for us when we walked in the door after a day of sightseeing or Schlitterbaun). Communication was great and pricing was excellent! Beautiful location and area to stay in. Lots to do and see! Highly recommend! 10/10!
