“Good for retirees”

This is a nice hotel. Well located, good service, reasonably priced. However it is important to note that it caters largely to German retirees, with the occasional British retiree. The entire atmosphere is arranged accordingly. This may not be an entirely fair comment, as it seems that Puerto Cruz itself largely caters to this crowd, with German DJs playing waltzes at some of the restaurants along the promenade. I was there on business so it was fine for me, but as beautiful as Tenerife is, I would find another spot on the island for a holiday. If however you are a retiree, you've hit the jackpot, so go ahead and book now.

“Awesome Hotel”

The personnel at the reception were very helpful, cordials & provided me with further information concerning other sightseeing tours.

Area recommendations

Sightseeing tour to the volcan El Teide. Driving up to the national park is an interesting experience, beautiful scenery, travelling above the clouds and the amazing lunar landscape. Also, a trip to the island La Gomera. The whole island is a place on unspoilt natural beauty with dense forests, black-sand beaches, natural parks, mountains, Mediterranean and subtropical ecosystems.

“very impressed”

great location on beach and public pool. very relaxing hotel pools and bar. i enjoyed staying here very much.

small shops all around. avoid man trying to sell you pictures with his parrots.
