“VERY Impressed!!”

My partner and I stayed in one of the rooms on the 21st floor for 3 nights. The room was lovely, spacious and clean, and the free internet already set up for our use. Bathroom was clean and spacious with separate bath and shower. The room was so unbelievably peaceful and quiet. Right below you can find a shopping centre, a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarket, cafes... We didnt even hire a car because everything was so close. China Town, Paddys Market and the Darling Harbour is only a few minutes walk, but for lazy days when you just dont feel like walking, then there's the Monorail station right next door which stops at all those places, The Fish Market and more. The staff there was friendly and was happy to help me with whatever I needed. The view from our window wasnt all that nice but Im not complaining because its not what Ive specifically asked for. We really enjoyed our stay and would come to stay here in future.

“" Great Place to Stay"”

The hotel was very clean and comfortable the room was a nice size as was the bathroom. The King size bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The location was great within walking distance to all the major shops and to cockle bay, the Rocks was a little bit further but it is walkable if you like to sight see on the way. Over all a great place to stay...would I recommend to my friends the answer is YES.

Cockle Bay is a great place there is something always going on and lots of places to eat.

Dining

Aria restaurant, went for lunch it was absolutely delicious, but would not recommend it for 11 year olds.

“Unclean dingy rooms, unhelpful staff”

We booked the hotel based on the photos on expedia and the user reviews. We were totally disappointed! Very poky small room and filthy and old bathroom-old towels and housekeeping didn't clean the toilets! Staff are unhelpful and inflexible - overall staying there spoiled our holiday and put us in a foul mood

“OMG - The bed was like sleeping on a cloud”

“No Problems”

Everything was as expected. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of free wifi, which most hotels offer these days. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. Everything was fine.

“Staffing Issues”

The hotel overall was average for the price paid but was let down by the staff. Concierge was awful and front desk just did not acknowledge me whilst waiting 10 minutes to check out.
