Located opposite the famous North Cronulla Beach, this 5th floor, fully self contained, furnished, one bedroom, resort style apartment, overlooks the Dunningham Park with sparkling ocean views.

Apartment features include balcony, modern bathroom and kitchen with ducted air-conditioning, internal laundry facility with tumble dryer, built in robe, security video intercom and lift access.

Resort facilities include pool, sauna, spa and gym. Leave your car in the registered basement car space and walk to you favourite beaches, shops and restaurants. You can even catch the train to and from the airport or city.

Things to do while you are here: Cronulla Cinema, cafes, restaurants and shops are here for your pleasure. Catch the ferry to the sleepy village of Bundeena and its smaller neighbour, Maianbar, unspoilt hideaways that draw many visitors eager to enjoy their timeless charms. Bushwalk through the nation's oldest national park - The Royal National Park. Explore Sydney Tram Museum. Visit the Kurnell Peninsula - it was here, in 1770, that Captain James Cook first set foot on Australia, claiming the continent for Britain. There are plenty of attractions under the water for diving or snorkelling fans. Lean to Surf at North Cronulla Beach. All the surf beaches at Cronulla have been dedicated as Australia's 5th National Surf Reserve. The first 4 National Surf Reserves were Bells Beach, Angourie, Crescent Head and Lennox Head. Kayak or SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) the Port Hacking and Woronora Rivers. A very enjoyable stay
Overall a lovely and we’ll equipped apartment in a well facilitated complex including excellent pool and gym, and in a great scenic and convenient position in the middle of the town. The night time noise (traffic and music) is kept out by the double glazing. Everything works as it should. The only slight downside is that the apartment needs a “refresh” in keeping with its high cost and standards otherwise. Points that definitely need addressing are renewed bed linen and towels (partly done at our request) new blankets and pillows and a very deep clean (especially carpet) as the current cleaning regime is lacking. All in all, a very enjoyable stay but the standard could have and should have been higher.

We loved our stay and the communication from the property manager was fantastic. Apartment was in a great spot and well appointed. We would not have known that there were other guests as it was very quiet. Only issue we had was cleanliness. Toaster and kettle were very dirty. This is not the owners fault as cleaners should be doing their job. Other than this small issue this is a great place to stay. Caged parking, great communication, excellent accommodation and excellent location. Thank you for letting us stay.

This is a roomy one-bedroom unit in a good location, close to the beach, shops and railway station. Parking is excellent in a closed in garage with parking for a second car nearby. The unit has all the necessities including dishwasher and laundry.

This is a wonderfully quiet (except for the sound of the ocean!) and stunning location. The apartment is very good. The bed was 8/10. Kitchen excellent, except for dishwasher - we washed up by hand. The availability of Foxtel was appreciated. We recommend this unit to couples.
