"We stayed for a week at this Edwardian flat situated high above Carbis Bay and near the coastal path. We woke up to coastal views from the master bedroom and I often had my coffee looking out to the sea. The property has a nice balcony with grand views up the coastline. If you like historical properties you'll like this place. The kitchen is well equipped and the listing description is accurrate. I would highly recommend this place."

"We had an amazing week. Extra towels were provided at my request, due to not having room to pack any with a family of five. The apartment is lovely. Lots of living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, it was perfect for us. The steps back home from the town are not for the faint hearted, but it gets better every day with plenty of practice. Would stay here again."

The listing details are extremely accurate, the property is in extremely good condition and very clean with all of the facilities you would require for a self catering stay. The location is perfect with only a few minutes walk down into the shops and bars. There is a parking space but it is quite tight, we Only had a small car and it was still quite a struggle to fit the car on and allow space for the next car to the right hand...

"The apartment is beautiful and very clean. It has every comfort we needed and we enjoyed our time there. We loved the views. It is not too far to walk into town just a bit of a hill to walk back, but totally worth it. Would definitely stay there again."

The property has everything you need for your stay and was spotless. 1 minute walk to the beach but quite enough to be peaceful and 5 minute walk the the harbour where everything is . The bars and restaurants are great. Added bonus was the car parking space that’s available just around the corner at a additional cost but so worth it as st Ives is a busy place so you can imagine parking is at a premium . Wi-Fi...
