"We had an amazing stay in the Boathouse. We arrived to warm and lighted rooms, as well as champagne and delicious fresh bread. So welcoming. The location was the perfect base from which to explore the south of Tasmania and we had everything we needed in our self-contained accommodation. Even though the weather was cool, we were so cozy with central heating and a fireplace. The jacuzzi was an added bonus, as was the inquisitive wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a very peaceful location, with plenty of opportunity to see the local wildlife. The pod was well laid out with a spacious deck and comfortable seating. The access road to the units is single lane gravel, rutted and extremely steep, and should be noted as 4wd only. We had to back out all the way in our front wheel drive vehicle. The beach is close by, but isn’t like the white sandy beaches in other parts of the island. It’s more mud than sand, however there is easy access to oysters, and...

"This home was perfect location with beautiful views. Home has everything you need for a vacation. Couple of minor issues but did not spoil our stay. Defiantly need transport unless you are fit and able to walk up and down hills. As we are in our later years, we hired a car to explore. Would defiantly recommend for location, views and eateries."

"Really great communication, and the rooms are amazing. Very comfortable, everything you need. Only downside for us was we needed to leave early for the ferry, and breakfast is brought around between 8-8.30 so we didn't get to have breakfast as we had to leave before then, but apart from that we enjoyed our stay, and even had a little visitor outside our unit in the morning (tiny wallaby)"
