“The hospitality and kindess extended to our group of 4 women traveling together was first rate!”

The hotel was charming, clean and in a perfect location. The photos online do it no justice compared to the exquisite beauty of this place. And Lorenzo and Jackamo were the kindest, most helpful staff we encountered in all 12 cities we visited in Italy over 18 days. They went out of their way to take care of all the details and while leaving you be when appropriate, always there to offer advice, help, arranging taxis, and just providing lots of TLC while staying there .. they were the best! Highly recommended hotel! Wonderful breakfast once we experienced all our other stays... .. this place was our Favorite!

“Luxury two star hotel!”

The hotel Palazzo di Valli is advertised with two stars, but it is as good as the four star hotel we left behind in Florence to get to Siena. The managers are very helpful, with where to visit, eat, catch buses etc. They arranged a good value taxi to the airport for us also. The hotel is like a large nineteenth century country house, despite being just outside the city walls. Great views over the countryside. Simple continental breakfast, but with homemade rolls, seated in a cellar like room, with access to a patio for outside eating on warm mornings. The staff appear to love their "house" and are good listeners to their guests. There are plenty of car parking spaces for guests, and I think there are about 14 rooms. Siena is marvellous, and it only took us 10 minutes to walk to the nearest entrance through the walls. We spent 3 days there and still didnt see everything. If you have transport to explore the surrounding hills and valleys. Outstanding value for money.

“Great hotel”

Can't believe Palazzo Di Valli has 2 stars only What a hotel! The location of this 400 years old bulding and the view from the terrace is outstanding. The service is amazing, both Giacomo and Lorenzo - the owners, take the time to invite you to their "house". The is no formal reception room, only a comfortable room with the laptop on a desk and beautiful furniture. This is definately the highlight of our around the world trip.
