"Property was immaculate. Beautiful and spotless. The house managers went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable. Our group was 12 adults and 6 children ages ranging from 6months to 80 years. And this property was accommodating for everyone. "The house was wonderful and the photos accurate. Easy to communicate and gain entry when we arrived. Beds were comfy and water available always. We experiences a bit of septic smell, but this seemed to be more of a city problem then a house issue. Overall a great place."

"This is a super unique home overlooking Sayulita! I would suggest a golf cart rental is a must to go back and forth to town. The hills and turns up to the home are much easier with a golf cart than in a rental car. Bonnie does have space for parking two carts! As with many houses in the area, there are many stairs to the home and I'd suggest packing in bags that are easy to carry up steep stairs. "The property was perfect for our extended family. We had 10 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room for everyone. We hosted a Welcome Party for 100 people in the event space. Although it was a bit of a steep walk or ride to get to the house and the upper garden, the views were incredible! "Because of the 5 separate casitas, we booked for 10 people and it was perfect. The casita on the 2nd floor was the default hangout area as it was the largest. The roof was also a fun hang. We didn't spend much time at the pool together as we were busy in town but as many reviews say, the pool is small but still plenty big. "A family wedding brought us to Sayulita.. The Buddha Villa was so much more than we expected! Spacious, comfortable & authentic! Ideal downtown location!! Sandra prepared the most perfect breakfast & dinners! I admit, being downtown meant extra noise , however we managed the nighttime karaoke with a white noise app on my iPhone. "Great location with Fantastic views. Enjoyed hanging out with my family. I got my exercise in walking up and down the path from the city to the house. Conveniently located close to the beach and city. It takes about two minutes to walk up the path to the house. Surfboards and boogie boards are available at the property if you would like to indulge in that."

"We had an unfortunate incident of robbery while we were out on our first night. Regardless of the negative start, we are grateful for the prompt assistance of the hosts. Pre-arrival, the property manager helped booked 2 meals with an on-site chef & massages. Due to the robbery, we expressed no longer being able to afford the services. "The place was in a great location and a beautiful home. Walkability to the main city center and a yoga place within a 5 minute walk was great. We did have an issue with door keys going missing but the house manager was very responsive to all communications. Not a great place for kids (the railing would be dangerous) but excellent for a friend group."

"Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. "Tony was great from our initial contact to answering questions. walking distance to town and the beaches ( Florence is on the rd. to Playa Los Muertos). Good footwear is required because rds are cobblestone and the town is hilly. No need to rent a golfcart if you don't mind walking."
