The lintel over the front door indicates it was built in 1776, but step inside and it’s uncompromisingly modernist – the glass staircase is particularly exciting, and it’s fun to shower in the middle of a big room. The kitchen is poorly designed with drawers or cabinet doors not quite opening due to the fit against appliances. For two adults for three nights the manager left just one roll of toilet paper and no soap for the shower. I would not stay here again."

"Really clean room, some what basic but very comfortable bed and good shower pressure. The hotel has two pools and a rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet is really good with a wide selection of hot and cold items. No issues with noise but I visited in low season. They have indoor paid parking for a fee but spaces are limited. The hotel is close to everything"
