About this property

Beautiful apartment in villa with pool and garden

  • Apartment completely independent in a house, with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Surrounded by nature, in quiet residential area.

    Separate entrance of the owners, you have direct and private access to the pool and large garden, you will be the only vacationers can use them.

    The apartment has two rooms, the first is a living room with kitchenette, 2 beds, chairs and table, TV with French channels and armchairs. The second consists of 2 beds, DVD + TV, and small area for children with table and small chairs. A shower room with window, an open terrace equipped for meals, another garden and a private barbecue.
    Parking space at the entrance of the house, basketball hoop, mini table tennis, various table games in one of the bedrooms, mosquito nets to all windows and wifi.

    Children are welcome and they can use the pool whenever they want.
    Your four-legged friends also are welcome, provided they do not get on the beds and stay calm during the rest of the night.
    We value your privacy, tranquility and space.
    10 minutes by car you are at the beach without any problem to park, or at the station to get in 20 minutes to Barcelona center for your visits. You can go shopping to "La Roca Village", or simply shopping in various malls (Carrefour, Lidl, Marcedona, etc.) and to local markets.

    It will be a pleasure to welcome you and we will be at your disposal to ensure you have a great vacation.

Paradise in Cabrils!

What an amazing stay! The property was perfect for our family. A quiet, safe, & peaceful place outside of the big city is exactly what we needed. Yolanda, Abel, and Pol are the kindest, most helpful hosts we have ever dealt with. We hope to come back and stay here again, it was truly perfect! Thanks again!

Excellent all round

Great property in a very smart location. Owners communication with you is excellent. Lovely pool and surrounds. Location is great for Barcelona, Sitges, Tossa and Montserrat so plenty to do. Excellent local restaurants and we can recommend Can Rin as ate there 3 nights out of 7!

Beautiful stay!

Me and my friend stayed here for a week and absolutely loved every second. Yolanda and Pol were incredibly kind and friendly and made the checking in process and our stay very comfortable. We were on foot, and if you are able to walk up the hills it's doable! But would recommend a car for ease. The flat was so cute, the pool was amazing and the views were great ! Couldn't recommend it enough, and would love to stay again. 5 stars !!

Everything we wanted

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived at the property. Yolanda had provided clear instructions on how to find the place and she was there to greet us and show us around. The property was clean, comfortable and the views are wonderful. Travelling into Barcelona was easy via train, and we were very grateful to come back to our peaceful accommodation after a day in the city. We also travelled to Montserrat which we really enjoyed. A long weekend just wasn't enough so we are hoping to visit again with our children, as the property is also great for families, including toys and games and of course the pool (chilly but refreshing!).I would definitely recommend hiring a car if you stay here as it would have been difficult to get around without it.

The Perfect Place in Cabrils

Absolutely delightful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable. Many amenities at the home for a family. Lovely location with an ocean view. All of this is great, but what makes this home stand out are the hosts Yolanda and Abel. Though we were running late from a long day of travel, they graciously met us and walked us through the property, even making sure we had the groceries needed for the morning. They were always available to help and suggest ideas. We cannot wait to return to this house. If you are reading this review, pick them!!!

Barcelona 24 - 4 night stay

Absolutely lovely break!!! The hosts were wonderful. Couldn’t do enough for us and extremely helpful. We had a nightmare with car hire at the airport but still accessible by train and a short taxi ride which is a lot cheaper than in the uk. The train for 4 was only €20 approx. Yolanda helped us to navigate from the airport by train and kindly picked us up from the local train station. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need. Location is more remote but about 40 minute walk to the town/train and even the beach or around €10 for a taxi. The local market was open on the Sunday with lots of fresh food/wine/cheese etc. The local restaurants/bars down by the harbour/beach were very good. Definitely would recommend and would return. Very relaxing break, with great views and fantastic hosts.

What an amazing clean apartment, perfect for our stay, with parking, a gorgeous pool to cool off in and a first class attentive host.Just 2 miles to the train station and about half a mile to the bus stop - also taxis if needed.Highly recommended.Thanks to Yolanda and her husband who were more than helpful, with supermarket and restaurant recommendations.We had a lovely stay, with comfortable accommodation, perfect for a couple travelling with children.

Wir wurden liebevoll von der Gastgeberfamilie empfangen und mit hilfreichen Infos zur Umgebung versorgt. L'accueil a été super chaleureux et sincère. Yolanda et son mari sont des hôtes d'une grande gentillesse, toujours prêts à rendre service et à répondre à vos moindres demandes. Yolanda und Abel sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die alles für dich tun, sogar uns nachts vom Bahnhof abgeholt haben, als es kein Taxi mehr gab. Gleichzeitig sind sie äusserst rücksichtsvoll, so dass man das Gefühl hat, Haus und Pool ( der übrigens wunderbar warm ist) gehöre nur den Gästen. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar! Diese am Berg gelegene Ferienwohnung bietet einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und die umliegenden Berge. Der schöne Pool bietet schnelle Abkühlung und verbreitet eine herrliche Stimmung, wenn er und der Garten dezent beleuchtet sind. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung und schöne Außenanlage mit tollem AusblickMitte Juni für eine Woche mit Familie zu Gast bei Yolanda und Abel (sehr freundlich und liebevoll). Unsere Jungs (10/ 8 Jahre) verstanden sich mit beiden sehr gut. Ausführlicher Check-In, bei Fragen/Anliegen aller Art war Yolanda immer per WhatsApp erreichbar und teilte darüber auch Empfehlungen (z.B. Restaurants/Ausflugsziele).Lage: Ruhige Gegend umgeben von Villen/Ferienhäusern. Hanglage mit traumhaften Ausblick bis zum Meer. Bis ins Zentrum von Cabrils/Vilassar de Mar sind es nur ca. 10min mit dem Auto. An den Stränden kann man teilweise kostenlos parken und ist eher unter Einheimischen.Garten: Ein großer Pool, eine Gartendusche, Liegen, Sonnenschirme und eine Hollywoodschaukel. Es gibt einen Basketballkorb und Tischtennisplatte inkl. Schläger/Bälle. Den Pool durften wir über die gesamte Zeit nutzen. Yolanda hatte uns dazu animiert sich tagsüber auch lautstark auszutoben. Ab 22Uhr dann leise verhalten. Vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung steht ein Tisch mit Stühlen (Essen im Freien). Es gibt zwei Holzkohlegrills und ein PKW Stellplatz.Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten sowie Ess- und Coachtisch. Küchenausstattung: Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Backofen und Herd. Separates Schlafzimmer mit kleiner Spielecke. An allen Fenstern Moskitonetze. Mehrere Ventilatoren.Garten und Wohnung sehr ordentlich und sauber. 100ige Weiterempfehlung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Yolanda hat uns schon vor der Anreise hilflfreiche Tipps für Barcelona gegeben. Mit dem Zug ist man schnell dort. ich habe jeden Tag die Rückfahrt nach Cabrils mit Blick aufs Meer genossen und mich auf die schöne, ruhige Wohnung im grünen gefreut. Den Garten und Pool hat man für sich alleine. Man fühlt sich wie alleine im Haus und hat doch sofort Antworten von Yolanda auf alle Fragen.Sie spricht hervorragend Deutsch. Danke Yolanda und Yann für die schöne Zeit bei euch.

10 Tage Barcelona und Umgebung

Wir haben als Familie einige Tage Barcelona erleben und dazu tiefe Einblicke in die spanische Lebensart gewinnen wollen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man als Urlauber so braucht; bis auf eine Geschirr-Spülmaschine. Es gibt Mückengitter vor den Fenstern und dicht schließende Rollladen. Das Grundstück und der Pool waren sauber, letzterer aber leider für uns schon zu kalt (<21°C). Die Einfahrt zum Haus ist allerdings eine kleine Herausforderung für einen Familien-Van, da man von einer engen Straße durch ein vglw. kleines Tor fahren muss. Die Vermieter Yolanda und Abel sind in jedem Fall hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Jede Kontaktaufnahme ging stets von uns aus. Yolanda spricht gut deutsch, englisch und französisch. Wir haben uns 10 Tage wirklich wohl gefühlt und würden dort sofort wieder buchen. Danke Yolanda, danke Abel.

Heel fijn verblijf met voortreffelijke eigenaren

Het was heel fijn en mooi met een eigen zwembad en uitzicht op de zee. De eigenaren waren heel vriendelijk en reageerden direct bij een vraag. Er is een hele veilige plek voor de auto. Het enige wat jammer was, is dat het hoog ligt en een half uur lopen is naar het centrum. Ook is er weinig bergruimte voor de spullen qua kasten (zeker als je met meer dan 2 personen bent). Verder alles top geregeld en zeer schoon!
