"This was an all-inclusive resort. The room was spacious with all basic amenities. There was a mini refrigerator which was stocked with beverages. The only problem in the room we had was the flush stopped working one day and that was promptly taken care of when we notified maintenance. There were several dining options. The 3 specialty restaurants - Panchos, Marco Polo and Zai were excellent! The buffet restaurant was just okay. The pool was wonderful. There were several activities throughout the day at the pool. In the evening there was a show on most days. The performers were very good. On the two evenings that did not have a show, there was karaoke and black jack. Both were a lot of fun. The entertainment and event staff was awesome, especially Rocio, Andres, Leonardo, Lorena, Irving, Fernanda and Fernando. There was a fitness room that I did not use. But I did take a yoga class with the instructor, Christian who was excellent. The housekeeping staff, Yudith was very polite and she did an impeccable job cleaning our room. Service was great and my family and I had a great time."

"This was our first trip to Cabo. Very happy that we chose to stay at the Hyatt Ziva los Cabos. It’s a beautiful resort. The staff is amazing, so sweet and it’s very genuine. The food was great. We did not want for anything. They took care of us so well, everything was very clean. We got seated quickly at the restaurants. There is some construction going on right now. We were lucky it didn’t interfere with our vacation at all. I can’t wait till it’s complete so we can return. Beautiful beach front room. Next time we may get the rooms on the first floor with pool entry from your sliding door "

"We had a wonderful 7 days at Barceló. The staff are incredible! Attentive and kind. Very clean, spacious property and rooms. Yes it’s a little old but it’s been maintained so well. The food at the buffets were so good, always looking forward to our next meal. The food at the restaurants were ok, we preferred the buffets. We are refreshed and reset to go back home to real life again. Only bummer was we celebrated our anniversary while we were here and let them know at check in and also when I made reservations for the restaurant and nothing was done for it even though they say they do something special. But other than that we had a top notch time. "
