“The best decision”

I really loved staying at this hotel. After a long day it is so nice to go back to a place where you feel so comfortable. The people that work at the hotel are incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is really clean, the service is excelent. The only thing that i didn't like is that it is a little far away , around 40 minutes, from the city center. I checked at the map before I decided to stay at this hotel and i never thought it would be that far away. But at the same time i cannot complain, bacause the hotel has an excelent service and i think i wouldn't have found anything like it near the center, and the best thing is that they have a shuttle service to take the people to the metro station or even to have dinner to a place near the hotel and that is really helpful. Yes, it is around 40 minutes to get to the center, but hey, you get to experience comething any other traveler wouldn't, mlike traveling in metro, bus, watching the landscape other than the touristic areas. Right now they are working in the restaurant area, so it is not possible to go there and have something to eat, that's why they only have room service at the moment.

“Great Place in Rome”

This hotel was definatley set up for Business personnel that would be staying in the area. For my traveling family and I this was perfect. It was the only hotel in our travels that offered a frigerator and it looks like some may have sinks as well. Very spacious.

“Quality hotel for cheap”

Couldn't reommend this place enough for value and quality of rooms/service. Undertand it 's in an industrial area of the city and is adjacent to the city bus repair depot which is a little noisy 24/7. Hotel has free shuttle to take you to the Rebibbia train stop and it's about 1.50 euro to get to city centro. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are spacious and our family room had a separate bedroom and large balcony. The free breakfast is brought to your room in the morning and its awesome! Local businesses are very economical and high quality. There is some good restarants nearby. Good place to see rome on the cheap. It's also nice because of the free parking.

The hotel wss great and is very close to a bus stop that will take you to the train station to get to downtown Rome, the staff was friendly and helpful. I was very please with our stay in Rome because of this hotel. Thanks to you guys at Expedia you did a great job getting me this hotel.

The hotel has a very convenient shuttle service and close to bus stops. The hotel it self might not be close to the center or the any of the tourist stops that you might want to see but the service and room is great. They have a shuttle service that can take you to the metro service station.

“Great hotel”

We lived in Domidea at the end of October 2009. We were really surprised by it. It has lots of pluses already described in other people reviews. We can also add that the buses 437 and 447 going to and from Rebibbia Metro station never made us waiting for more than 10 minutes, and many times they came in less than 5 minutes so the transportation is not a problem at all. The staff was very nice. We had no problem communicating with them in English. We loved Rome very much, and big portion of this love is due to Domidea. We also loved the breakfast delivered right to the room at the time we specified.

“Awesome Hotel! Awesome Service!”

We've loved our stay here after staying a horible night at a Holiday Inn at Milan. Kids didn't even feel heading back to Milan. The front desks were awesome. We woke up very early the next day and we forgot that there is breakfast. The lady at the front desk stoped us and she quickly ask one of the help to get us something for breakfast. For travellers that doesn't have a vehicle. Location might be a problem, but if you have a rent a car or driving I recommend this hotel. The room that we got is almost a suite with a separate bedroom. Kids have their individual pull out sofa bed. The AC's are actually working in both rooms. Oh by the way around the corner is a bus stop that go to the nearest Metro (subway) station to Rome. Another thing if you want a real great steak dinner ask the front desk how to get to the Argentinian steak restaurant "La Pampa" You will not regret it. Again this hotel cater to business travelers rather than leasure. However the quality of service and room make's up for it.

“Great Hotel and Service”

We used the Hotel as a simple 'stop-over' after returning from skiing in the Abruzzo region and before a morning flight out from Rome Ciampino airport. Everything was excellent and good value too - family suite for 4 people in 2 big rooms with a massive balcony. We arrived around midnight but there is a private Cafe/Bar 20m away open 24x7. This was great for us to use too. Good continental breakfasts and a free secure car park on site. Overall, great value and service. Not in a tourist location but if you have a car/use the rail it would be a great economical base for touring Rome.

“Great hotel. We will be back at Hotel Domidea”

Rome was our first stop. We were exhausted after a long flight from NY. Hotel Domidea was really welcoming. The staff is pleasant and friendly. They speak Italian of course, English, Spanish... The wi-fi is free throughout the vey new and modern building. Being in Europe, I expected smaller habitations but I was mistaken.The room we had for four, was spacious. Additionally, it had a huge balcony. Just around the corner there is a supermarket, a restaurant and a bar (and more businesses in two or three blocks). If you want to feel like a true Italian, just go mingle and have a crack at a song during karaoke. Although the Hotel is not in the city center, it is easily accessible by metro and bus. Personally, I find the distance from the center a PLUS. You don't feel too "touristy" and the prices are not inflated. The Hotel also offers free shuttle services to and from the nearest Metro station: Rebibbia. The breakfast was also fantastic. All-in-all, we had a good time. We always looked forward to going back to our quiet and comfortable beds at Domidea after a long day of strolling around Rome.

“Very big family room with one double and two singl”

Very good room, we stop for one night after arriving in Rome at night to continue trip by car the next day, two adults and two kids. Family room was perfect with internet connection and very good breakfast the next morning.
