Beuatiful new complex right on the beach front with sensational views to Moreton. Staff were very helpful and pleasnt to deal wtih. We were very happy with our room but there was a very small problem that I requested be fixed - instead we were upgraded to a stunning room and they were full of apologies.

We had a overall comfortable short holiday at Mon KOmo and would come back any time.The rooms are new and bright and have everything someone needs.You dont need to bring anything then your food.We had ocean views and the shops,public pool aruond the corner.

“Brand New North Brisbane Serviced Apartment!!!”

Have been looking for a Brisbane North Apartment. This is a brand new apartment on the coast. A new Supermarket is across the road and shops are nearby. The apartment does not have 24 hour service and no food service but restaurants are nearby.

“Great Place to Stay”

Very Impressed by the Property. We stayed in a One Bedroom Studio and it was perfect. Couold not fault the actual room of property. The only thing that was disappointing and let us down was the housekeeping. After our first night stay, our room was not serviced. We returned to our room the following evening and housekeeping had just left two new towels in our room but for some reason did not attend to the room. It was also annoying that we had 3 people stay in the room, had paid the additional person charge and still were only given 2 towels! There was clearly 3 people staying in the room as we had paid for a rollaway. But other than night we had a great stay, the apartments were well equipped, ultra modern & brand new and the King Bed in the rom was super comfy. The rollaway bed was also very comfortable. We had a great view from our apartment, even though we did not choose an oceanview apartment. Would definitely stay again, if Housekeeping can get their act together.

Had a lovely stay overnight at this hotel. Staff upon arrival were more then welcoming and assited me with all my needs even allowing an early check- in and an upgrade in my room. The building is quite new which shows. Also the bar and resturant down stairs was very pleasing. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quite and relaxing weekend away or for anyone that this looking for somewhere that is a close drive to the Brisbane airport that does not want to go into the city to stay. I will stay here again!!!

“An apartment hotel where you can relax”

Everything a new hotel should be, clean and spacious with the bonus ease to drive into and good parking, low (or nil) noise with a pleasant restaurant on the ground floor. This was already a repeat visit and would come again.

“Modern with great views of town and bay”

I booked at short notice and managed to get a great price (winter rate in Australia and importantly out-with the school holiday period). The staff on the front desk were a bit hit and miss. Although the manager Graham was a helpful sort and likeable. The daily cleaning was also not of the highest standard but usually when things were pointed out it was addressed quickly and to a reasonable standard. They charge you like a wounded bull for Internet but the foxtel channels are comprehensive and reliable. Secure parking is provided and it is very handy to safely get to the parking via the lifts straight from your floor.
