"Simple a most wonderful holiday"

"It was great to spend time in this villa. It had everything we needed and a wonderful view from the lovely terrace down to the coast. The best directions to get there ever. And a really useful guide to the villa and the area. Very helpful contact from David and Noemi. All in all a wonderful holiday. And when much of Sardinia was in the mid 40s the west coast was hot. But not unbearably so. And the lovely pool and plenty of shade made our stay so good"

"I couldn’t ask for more, such a lovely little cottage in the most perfect location. The house has everything you need, modern and new. Literally 3 feet out the door is the Tyrrhenian Sea, in all it’s clarity and deep turquoise and blue. Despite a couple days of rain, it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Hosts are very responsive and available if needed. Can’t wait to return!"

"Myself and my young family had a truly lovely stay at Juan and Mari’s beautiful house The location was was fantastic, like something out of the flinstines or Hanoi,surrounded by huge boulders and open sky. Amazing! It was abut in the fresh side so we did not get. "We loved the Villa, very clean, our host was on hand very quickly if required and always happy to offer advice on places to visit and what to do. We hadn’t realised the air con was an added extra which was the only downside. Pool was amazing and the kitchen and entertaining areas were adequate for the ten of us. Loads of space and plenty of bedrooms. I would recommend as a holiday destination."

"We had a lovely stay here in a tiny, cozy house with lots of privacy. The kitchen is serviceable, and the pool is lovely, though we visited in late October and spent the warmest day at the beach. There is outdoor seating and a bbq, which adds to the appeal of coming back to the house. The town is small and cute, and probably buzzing in summer when all the restaurants are open. It’s a great base for exploring a beautiful part of Sardinia."

"My family and I stayed here for 8 nights in this comfortable, cool beach house conveniently close to the beach, a mini-mart, and Santa Teresa. It is in a great location to explore many of the other wonderful beaches and historical sites of northern Sardinia. Check-in was easy thanks to Guilano's good communication, and Patricia was very nice at check-out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie (insgesamt 4Erwachsene u 4 Kinder) Ende August dort u verbrachten wunderbare 11 Tage. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock und sehr großzügig von den Räumlichkeiten! Die Wohnung war sauber u alles wichtige war vorhanden! Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im großen Pool! Die Besitzerin (bewohnt das EG im Haus) war sehr nett u immer ansprechbar -konnte leider nur auf französisch mit uns kommunizieren… Bonifacio ist schnell erreichbar u es gibt tolle Strände u...

"Costa Paradiso is an amazing place, the views are irreplaceable and Giulia and Rina who cared about the checking were very nice and helpful. Just two things that were not ideal was a missing AC, and when there was over 35 degrees during the day the house was very hot even during nights and stairs that were a bit dangerous for little kids."

"So the main problem was that the portion of the villa you get is the lower ground level underneath the owner’s private quarters. It felt quite claustrophobic. The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner. From the photographs on HomeAway you think you are getting a portion of the villa that overlooks the pool/sea. You don’t realise that you will be below stairs with no view. "Property location was superb, and overall property was great, especially since other villas were mostly unoccupied in last week of June/ first week of July so we had the pool to ourselves mostly. This was most welcome as there was a heat wave with temps reaching upper 30 degrees. The 5th bed in the lounge is only suitable if you are around 5 foot 5 or less, so be aware. Lack of toaster which was listed was disappointing and although the agent promised to come back on this she never did, and...

"Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"Separate rooms, comfortable bed, nice shower with enough pressure, properly working air conditioning. The breakfast is great and with freshly ground coffee. They have a fixed lunch menu that is served until 18:30 so you have no worries about getting something to eat. The wine list is rather decent with nicely picked local organic reds, whites and rosés. Maora beach is within walking distance from the property so no worries about parking either. A great place to stay as a base to explore...

"The property was very spacious. The best sea view and sunset from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful at night time. Noise and light blocking windows and doors so you don’t hear the sea at night and the sun doesn’t wake you up in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff "
