"Property description and photos are very representative. Great home with large kitchen, dining, and living area. Appears to have been recently remodeled with great appliances. Each bedroom is its own suite with comfortable king bed and awesome showers. We have stayed in a variety of properties in Savannah and this was first with a dedicated, off street parking spot. It was great to know you had a place to park without circling blocks and probably even better not worrying about which day of week...

"Location was absolutely perfect. We didn’t rent a car and where able to comfortably walk almost everywhere. Only suggestion is to have the kitchen a bit more stocked with utensils and maybe some basic spices. All in all though was a great house and was perfect for our party of 6."

"This condo was very nice. The best part was its location. We parked at the closest parking ramp, and did not go back to our vehicle until we left. It’s an easy walk to anything in the Savanna historical district. The only negatives were things out of the property owners control like a noisy upstairs neighbor stomping around, and early morning deliveries and garbage pick up right outside the windows. I will rent again from this place next time I visit Savanna"

"This property is in the historic district & so is in walking distance of everything we come to see in Savanah. It is comfortable for 4 people with stylish brick walls, very high ceilings, well appointed bathrooms & kitchen & lots of light. We loved it!"

"This place was amazing. So cleanly, amenities were great, decor was a 10/10, & location was perfect - so easy to walk to everything. The keypad to get into the loft was a little wonky but other than that I don’t have any complaints!"

"The Grant was exactly what we needed for a great price. The location was perfect for walking to rivet street as well as seeing all the historic sites. My husband and I, our 2 kids, and my inlaws were able to stay here comfortably. There was more than enough room for us to all hang out in the evening. The area was surprisingly quiet despite the construction that was around the corner. I gave the unit 4 stars for cleanliness because the walls were a little dirty in the bathroom and under the bar...

"We absolutely loved this property. The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable...except for the pillows...We will definitely stay here again. Our only complaints were a full size mirror would have been great to have and the shower curtain wasnt big enough (cold air got in) "

"Loved the aesthetic and cleanliness of the place. It really was loud but anywhere near Broughton is going to be that way. The noise was was not a particular problem for us. Parking was down the street which was fine once we realized where and how to use the discount and app. Calling customer to find out about parking was a frustrating experience at night when we got into town…the connection was terrible but we got it resolved quickly. "
