"This hotel is very convenient and safe as far as I'm concerned, whether I need to take LRT or need a cab. It is also close to the Robinson's mall, where I can shop and buy food during my stay. The area is well lighted that I wasn't worried when returning back to my room in the evening. The security guards did a good job of always watching the in and out of the hotel guests. That's why for the last 8 years, I've always made my reservations without any second thought. "

Walking distance to Robinson’s Place mall, US embassy, SLMC Clinic for visa medicals, Manila Ocean Park, Rizal Park, and there is a laundry mat conveniently located next door. Only issue I had was that one of two elevators was not operational and caused long delays to enter and leave the room. Hopefully the elevator is repaired soon."

"I expected less for the price. It was very nice. The buffet breakfast was a great variety of item’s. All kinds of coffee. Only negative is pool closed at 5 pm. That is so inconvenient. During the day we have activities and come back to the hotel and pool is closed. This makes no sense at all. You are not thinking of your customers."

"The Riviera Mansion Hotel in Manila is a very good hotel. The property around it is not. A short walk to the mall (Robinisons) made me and my wife feel unsafe. Lots of beggars, people sitting on the sidewalks etc, The only problem we had with the hotel was with the cafe. Some of the food simply did not taste good. The hotel was a very good stay. I will stay again when I have the opportunity But I wont walk to any other place again I'll take a taxi"
