“Great little place with a friendly staff”

We were traveling independantly and trying to see as much of Australia as our 2 weeks would allow. We only spent 2 nights a Saturday and Sunday. It was a vey nice hotel, simple and very clean, a wonderful bathroom, huge and very new. The breakfast was great as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a bit further out from Melbourne than what we wanted, but was still very convient for all that we wanted to do while there. We were only about 15 min. from Federation Square in Melbourne and 35 min from Phillip Island. We really appreciated the complimentary laundry, as we needed a couple of things washed while on our trip. Over all we liked it.

Free car parking is important for business travellers. Room is clean. Staff is very nice and helpful.

“Think Again”

The website advertises a heated pool and spa but they are not heated. You can't get a hot breakfast on the weekend. The TV is not tuned in to all of the free to air channels. The tea and coffe in the room was very cheap. There were only 2 bath towels. We kept rolling into the centre of the bed. If you want to describe yourself as a boutique hotel then you need to do more.
