This is my second time to stay in this hotel. Despite the first one, I did not feel comfortable as the room is next to the breakfast area at the first floor. Even I wrote a note to have twin bed, they said they don't have it available when we checked-in. The towels were not renewed the second day. Even we are two people, they gave us only one room card.

Fantastic location with excellent choices around for food and drinks. Beach (pebble) is an easy 5-10 minute walk away and tram links are just around the corner. Rooms are small so if you like space, this may not be for you but for a few nights, this hotel is perfect.

Extremely well located hotel. 15 min walk to the train, 7 min walk to the beach. Plaza Messina is right outside the door and it’s located on a shopping street. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly

This hotel was lovely! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We loved that we could store our luggage as we arrived early. Everything was very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. We would have loved to stay longer and would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s in the perfect location!

It’s a good hotel but rooms are small, the great thing about this property is that it’s so close to the beach, shopping and entertainment. One of the best hotels in terms of being at the center of everything!

Great location, 13 min walk to the nice vile station, walking distance to other attractions and the beaches. Perfect place for shopaholics. There is no sound proofing you can literally hear other people flash their toilet or take shower. No kettle, cups or glasses and iron in the room, it’s funny there is ironing board but no iron, room was small for the price but location was perfect. People at reception were lacking friendliness and felt like as they are forced to be there. Except for the lady on the checkout day.

The hotel room for 4 was very clean and everyday room service made it immaculate. We didn’t have breakfast as better options available all around for less than €16. The hotel location was excellent. Easy tram line 2 from airport and easy walk to station for days out. Reception staff always helpful. Only comment was more clothes storage needed for 4 persons on 2 week holiday. Bedside drawers. 4 hooks for towels in bathroom. All in all fabulous

Location is spot on. 5 mins to Jean Medecin tram stop, seafront and flower market. Lots of bars and restaurants in close waking distance too! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is relatively clean and the beds are very comfy. However, the shower floods the bathroom (and our bathroom door did not close) and the AC is not very powerful. The breakfast is fairly limited and needs to be stocked up a bit quicker. But for a great location and somewhere to sleep, it’s great

Plus: luggage storage with badge access Minus: deskfront didn’t know about the 2 hour early check-in and out and gave us 1.5 hours after discussion. Irritating since we booked the place for this reason… Also negative: no shower door or curtain. Very difficult to shower without making everything wet.

Perfect location
It was perfectly located, right near the square and very close to everything. We had room for 4 people - with 4 single beds, which is good. As not all hotels provide that. Very clean with nice bathroom. The only minus was that it was a bit humid in the room, i guess because of aricondition.

The hotel is ideally located in the main part of Nice. The tram from the airport drops you at the Jean Medecin stop, the hotel is located about 100m away by the corner of Ave Jean Medecin and Rue de la Liberte, diagonally opposite the Galleries Lafyette. It's walking distance to both old Nice and the beach. Staff are very pleasant and although the check in time is 3.00pm, when we called in at 1.30pm to ask if they had a room where we could leave our bags while we got some lunch, as our room was already prepared, they let us check in straight away. Unfortunately, our double room was particularly small and whoever designed the room layout must have been using a very strange scale rule as the furnishings were particularly large for a room of that size, the furniture arrangement particularly poor. A super king sized bed (which was very clean and comfortable) plus an oversized wardrobe, dressing table unit and suitcase stand meant that there was no room to move around without either closing a wardrobe door or my wife shifting around to let me pass. The distance between the bed and dressing table was around 8" to 10". The ensuite shower room is adequate, although again, a very small shower. We had some noisy neighbours one side and on a couple of occasions I had to bang on the wall to keep them quiet as we could hear them talking quite loud at both 6.00am and late at night. The bathroom had a strong smell of drains which they improved slightly when we mentioned it to reception.

fantastically situated in the centre of NIce nothing too much trouble for the staff especially Kirstin who arranged the taxi transfer a lovely holiday and we will definitely be booking this hotel again
