The front desk staff were all very helpful! The room was cleaned every day. I love how they provided cold water flavoured with lemon/ cucumber at the lobby - it was so refreshing after a long day out in summer! The only downside was the shower - it's too small, and there wasn't a rack for placing our toiletries :(

Clean room, brilliant staff, continental breakfast only but good as has fresh orange juice squeezed and good fresh teas with strainers. Same breakfast options. There is a egg boiler. Only hot food is scrambled eggs and a rice dish. Getting to rooms above first floor is difficult. You have to take elevator to first floor then go up some stairs to get another lift. Elevators are small. It was difficult as our room was on 3rd floor and we had our 6 month baby with us and stroller and more luggage. Location if hotel is great, train station very close by. Rooms were cleaned but our floor wasnt

The pros very convenient location, quiet, has small balcony. The cons small room Bathroom handheld shower bar slips, shower booth floor slippery, no hair conditioner, no body lotion. Online contact is friendly and efficient, in person not so much, most are too busy to exchange pleasantries A bit overpriced for North American standards, but Nice is expensive in general. You get what you pay.

I slept too late for breakfast but I’ve heard it excellent. It’s a great location for train and exploring Nice. Is it the Ritz? No. But it has great charm and great staff. I’ll be back next Grand Prix if they will have me.

This was our second time staying in Nice and first time at this hotel. We had a room for 3 people, 1 king bed and one single bed. The rooms were extremely small, hardly any room to open suitcases. The shower and bathroom were very very small as well. However, the staff were very helpful and when we asked to change the room they accepted to change it the next day but we decided not to as we had to repack our suitcases. The rooms were very clean, the only shower and bathroom toiletry was a handwash soap which was the same as the shampoo and body wash in the shower. It was a very clean but basic hotel. The breakfast was good €10 per adult if we purchased for more than one day or €17 daily per adult. Kids were free.

Loved our stay. Very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms that are clean and working AC which is convenient to have if you’re visiting in the summer. Also very centrally located and you can travel around easily with the tram stops and Nice Ville train station only 5 mins away.
