“Loved the Radisson on Lex!!”
The hotel was friendly, helpful and clean. We were given some great details on somethings to do in the city by the concierge and the bell captain was awesome at getting us a cab. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back!!
“Entirely pleased”
Living on Long Island, we occasionally stay over in NYC, see a show, dinner, etc., and have tried different hotels. We'll definitely go back here. For the price, it cannot be beat. The room was newly renovated, clean and an adequate size for two, maybe a bit small for some, but that's New York; clean carpet...appeared fairly new; the queen size bed was comfortable; bathroom tub & shower perfect; desk and chair; with a view looking downtown from the 21st floor. Elevators worked quickly, and the hotel and halls were quiet. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was too expensive ($40 for two) in the hotel...go out someplace else. Try it....
“Lovely hotel especially for the money”
Great hotel. Great location. Great value, especially for mid-town. I'd go back.
“Excellent surprise , cant wait to go back :)”
Just got back from a week in NYC where I stayed at the Radisson Lex hotel . I admit it was not my first choice , but I had a very good surprise and a great time everything was nice and easy . A very pleasant place to stay in the heart of the city :). I will for sure share the address , and hopefully come visit again soon !
“Would stay at the hotel everytime - love NYC at Christmas”
Hotel was fantastic. We did a combo deal with flight and hotel - great deal. We arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and the had our room ready so we were allowed to check in early - very convienent. Also, when we checked out on Sunday they kept our bags for a mere $2.00 a bag (our flight was not until early evening). The hotel room was very large by NY standards: queen bed (with good mattress), 2 night stands, full size desk, dresser with TV, room to set up luggage rack, and still lots of room walk around. Bathroom clean, modern and decent size. We had read in other reviews that the heat is on full blast in the winter with no way to turn it down and that was in fact the case, but we opened the window a crack and turned the air conditioner on and it was fine. This is what I expect to have to do an older building in the US and Europe - when the heat is on it's on. Free high speed internet - worked just fine - we were able to look restaurants up on the fly and make reservations or just get the nearest subway stop. Location was great - couple of blocks from 2 subway stops, few blocks from 30 Rock and 5th Ave for shopping.
“NYC Value”
My husband and I just returned from staying 4 nights at the Radisson Lexington. After reading some of the reviews, I was a little anxious about our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the staff the most friendly and helpful I have ever encountered in NYC. We visit NYC at least once a year and this is our first stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient for walking and subway travel. The only problem was that we had a double bed and at home we have a king. We knew in advance, so that was not the problem of the hotel. We asked for a later check-out and they extended it 2 hours. The room was very clean and the staff was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly return. The hotel was well manintained and clean and the staff was very helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Every morning when we left our room, the staff was out and about cleaning, etc. and they always took time to say good morning. I have always loved NYC and feel that the people don't get the credit they deserve. I always ask many directions, just to be sure I'm going the right way and in all my years of traveling to NYC, only once has a person been rude. New Yorkers may think they are not friendly, but they are always more than willing to answer questions and give directions. I have had some wonderful conversations with strangers on the subway. We are from a small town in northeastern Ohio, so NYC is an entirely different world for us.
“I would definitely recommend to stay at Radisson Lexington”
I am satisfied with the hotel. The price and quality of service are reasonable. Polite and helping staff. Comfortable rooms. A floor for smoking people. Printing out is possible without leaving the room. Free rapid wireless internet connection. personal safe in the room. The location of the hotel is absolutely great - you can walk 10-15 minutes to almost all midtown sights. My next travel to New York I would definitely go to Radisson Lexington. Thank you
“great place to stay , offers value for money”
The hotel services were excellent , room was clean , has internet connections and newspapers were available. This is all I need in a hotel . The location of the hotel made it conveninet for both business and pleasure . you have the option of taking a cab or taking the metro. The hotel also offers airport drop off services at a resaonable price.
“We will be back!”
The hotel is in a great location! We can't complain, and the rooms ARE PETITE, just like it says in the description of the room. But for me and my boyfriend it didn't really matter because we were never in the room. We were always out doing something. Again great location, we walked to Radio City, even Time Square! I can't wait to go back to New York, I LOVED IT!
“Good Deal”
We were very pleased with our stay at the Lexington. The amentities within the hotel were great as well as the convenient location to several points of interest.
